With AccessKit, it is easy to create, edit, and publish your accessible art and video Works. On this page, you will learn how to configure the settings of your accessible Works.
From the Admin dashboard, you can see all of your Exhibitions and the corresponding Works assigned to them.
Click on the [edit] link next to the name of the Work you would like to modify to access its management page.
From the management page, you will be able to edit the configuration of a Work. Options include assigning it a title, uploading captions, and more. You can also find a unique QR Code on this page, which will allow you to provide guests with an easy pathway to access the Work's related content.
You will also be able to see important information about the status of the Work, including its duration and when the last loop started.
The following basic configuration fields are available for managing a Work. Remember to click Update Work to commit any changes you make.

We can also set a trigger for every loop, which will turns them on each time the loop turns over.
Or, there’s also an option to toggle the captions from one screen to another, via specific Mediaplayer controls.
Please contact us directly for a la carte instructions, depending on your needs.

To automatically translate captions to different languages, select the target languages from the available languages in the Automatic Translation Languages section. Multiple languages can be selected using ctrl-/cmd-
or shift-
clicking. The first caption track in the list of uploaded captions will be used as the source. When you click the Update Work button at the bottom of the page, the new caption track will be automatically generated and added to the work with the appropriate language code.
Warning: For captions with informal or irregular language or stylization, such as "textspeak" or "leetspeak," be sure to carefully review your translated text. You may need to manually redress language that is not immediately recognizable to the translation tool. Text can be easily and directly edited in SRT File Upload box. Remember to click the Update Work button to commit any changes.
Warning: For languages that do not use the Latin alphabet, we recommend more careful verification of punctuation and line breaking.
