Creating and Editing Exhibitions

With AccessKit, it is easy to create, edit, and publish your Exhibitions. On this page, you will learn how to set up your accessible Exhibitions.

Creating an Exhibition

From the Admin Dashboard home page, press the + Exhibition button. You can also navigate directly to the New Exhibition page in a browser via the following link:

You will now see the New Exhibition page, which looks like this:

  1. Fill out the form with the appropriate information.

    • N.B.: You can edit these fields at any time as needed.
  2. For more information about each of these fields, please refer to the Exhibition Management docs page.

  3. Once you have filled out the form, click Create Exhibition.

Editing or Deleting an Exhibition

From the Admin Dashboard home page, you can click the [edit] button next to any Exhibition's name to change any of its fields' values or delete the Exhibition entirely. Reference the Exhibition Management docs page for more information about each of the fields.

Remember to click the Update Exhibition button when you are done editing the Exhibition's fields.

To delete the Exhibition, simply click Delete Exhibition.

  • Warning: This action is permanent!

Making an Exhibition Public/Private

If you would like to hide the Exhibition (and all of its assigned Works) from the public without deleting it, uncheck the Published? toggle control, and then click the Update Exhibition button.
